Our Cottage

Set in the picturesque coastal village of Oxwich, this alluring getaway is ideal for large families and groups of friends. Accommodating 10 adults plus 2 children, the five-bedroom cottage sits just 500 metres from Oxwich Bay Beach. Bordered by sand dunes, the beach is great for swimming, features a boat launch slipway, and welcomes dogs year-round. In the village, you’ll find a shop, tearoom, restaurants and a takeaway.

The breathtaking Three Cliffs Bay lies 4 miles away, while Port Eynon, which is renowned for water sports, is 3.5 miles distant. Head 10 miles to Mumbles for its lighthouse, pier and an excellent array of independent shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

Wonderful coastal walks lead from Oxwich to nearby beaches, including Slade Bay and Port Eynon to the west, with Three Cliffs Bay, Pwll Du and Crawley Woods to the east.

Inside

The ground floor features a spacious lounge that leads into a kitchen and dining area, and it includes a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you’ll need and a breakfast bar, while the dining area is ideal for family meals around the table. From here, French doors open onto a large patio for outdoor dining. The ground floor also includes a utility room with a shower and WC. A downstairs bedroom provides a bunk bed suitable for two children.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner jacuzzi bath and a shower. The bathroom is arranged in a Jack and Jill style so it can be shared with other guests. Also on this level are two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds. These bedrooms are served by a family bathroom.

On the second floor, you will find a distinctive and impressive bedroom and lounge area with a barrel-style wooden ceiling. This room includes a king-size bed and a double sofa bed. It is served by the family bathroom on the first floor.

Outside

Outside, you’ll discover a charming patio, a welcoming summer house, and a peaceful upper terrace. The terrace features a BBQ and comfortable seating, perfect for long evening conversations, with overhead electric heating to keep everyone warm.

The garage has been transformed into a games room with a darts board and table tennis, offering fun for all ages. The property provides ample parking, and there is secure storage available for a boat.

You will also find dedicated space for bicycles and water sports equipment, making days out simple and convenient.
